When you place an order, you confirm that:

- You have permission to use any images, logos or designs that you submit to us.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

3. Personalisation

Please carefully check all spelling, grammar, dates and other personalisation details before completing your purchase.

Crowned Knight is not responsible for errors supplied by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Production & Delivery

As many of our products are handmade and personalised, production times may vary.

Estimated dispatch times are provided as a guide but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

If your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

As many items are made from natural materials such as wood, slate and leather, each piece is unique. Variations in grain, colour, texture and engraving appearance are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
