Thank you for choosing Crowned Knight. Every order is carefully designed, engraved, inspected and packaged before it leaves our workshop. We aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, processing times will vary depending on the item and the level of customisation.

Our current estimated processing time will be displayed on the relevant product page wherever possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Crowned Knight cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate.

Although we will do everything we can to help, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal or courier services once the parcel has been handed over.

International Orders

If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

Sustainable Packaging

At Crowned Knight, we're committed to reducing waste wherever possible. To help minimise our environmental impact, we reuse clean, good quality packaging materials whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

This means your order may arrive in recycled boxes or packaging that has been carefully repurposed. While the outer packaging may not always be brand new, you can be assured that your item will always be securely packed and protected during transit.

By reusing packaging where possible, we're helping to reduce unnecessary waste while continuing to deliver your order safely.

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
